In a nutshell:

  • Sociopath John Kiska (“Kiska”) complained to his friend, Daniel Gervais (“Gervais”) at Ottawa Police Services (“OPS”) about my reporting of the truth on my LinkedIn account.
  • At the time, I had over 750 followers; mostly therapists and academics across Canada as well as a few international connections
  • Gervais contacted Crooked Crown prosecutor Malcolm Savage (“Savage”) who immediately scheduled ex-Ottawa Crown prosecutor Justice Kevin B. Phillips (“Phillips”) to hear a gag-order Application
  • Evidence of Taxpayer-funded Domestic Violence & Child Abuse that both Savage and Phillips had prior to the 20191108 hearing is here.
  • Regardless, my illegally-obtained bail conditions were unlawfully amended to prevent me from posting ANYTHING on ANY FORM of social media. (see Condition #10 at bottom of 20191030 Release Order.
