• Following a year of financial abuse and legal bullying by ex John Kiska and his then family lawyer, Wade Smith of Bell Baker LLP, I brought a Motion in Family Court (file #FC-15——–) for Interim Financial Support.

IRREPARABLE HARM

It will be difficult to itemize the irreparable harm that this judge has caused me and my two children by ignoring an obvious case of severe domestic violence: we are still paying the price today.

SUMMARY: In reverse chronological order:

2021

• The divorce file was then transferred to another SCJ career criminal: Justice Pamela MacEachern. She continued to enable multiple types of fraud including, but not limited to, that which was being committed by Shyster Gonen Snir and another of Kiska’s Bell Baker accomplices, Cheryl Hess. Engelking exits stage left.

2020

• Within one month, crooked Crown prosecutor Malcolm Savage and/or Mike Boyce arranged for me to be re-arrested so that I could not properly prepare for the SJM. I was saddled with Cedric Nahum for the next few months until I realized that he was an Ottawa Swimlanes actor and enabler too!
• Then, on August 28, 2020, Engelking scheduled not only a divorce trial but a Summary Judgment Motion (“SJM”) against me! (Here’s the transcript.) There was absolutely nothing legal about this as Kiska and I remain married and Canada’s Divorce Act has federal paramountcy over Ontario’s Child Youth and Family Services Act. (Insert transcript and link to SJM page with evidence redacted.) Plus, two people engaged in a toxic divorce cannot be a “Respondent” which is defined as “a person”. Naming Kiska and I as the “Respondent” in the CAS file was both illegal and insane. This child-abusing, fraud-enabling, sociopath-protecting, ex-CAS employee should be hauled off in handcuffs immediately.
• As Kiska attempted to commit more fraud–via a crack in the Financial Responsibility Office’s system and the illegally-obtained, unlawful 2018 support order produced by Engelking’s accomplice Julie Audet–Moore ended up on welfare because Kiska wouldn’t even pay the piddly $1,230/month!

2019

• Details of the 20190201 illegal child abduction process begin with Mohammed Said, Brian Fisher, Tara MacDougall, Wade Smith, Christine Hammond and SCJ’s Justice J. A. Parfett. 
• One month after filing and serving the evidence of domestic violence, the divorce process was completely circumvented by leveraging more career criminals at Engelking’s former employer, the CAS. 

2018

• I filed the following evidence, entitled 20181231 Submission to Engelking, which she ignored:

  • Tab 2: Evidence REDACTED: I had to remove the “Daddy Hit Mommy“ exhibit as it was from the CAS file (buried in 2013 by previous CAS caseworker Jessica Henry as well as Victor Vallance Blais lawyer Michéle Blais in 2015-16) as evidencing the torts and crimes committed by the CAS has been criminalized via an illegally obtained, unlawful 20220524 Probation Order (viewable by scrolling down the left hand column here).

• Then, on 20180817, this little beast had the balls to ask me to produce a document that evidenced I was not mentally ill. (Yo, Engelking, prove to me that you’re not a sociopath and/or pedophile?) Given the number of medical professionals involved in the Ottawa Swimlanes, this was not a simple task; however, I developed an approach, collected what I could and met the deadline.
